摘　　要：旅游伦理问题伴随旅游经济的迅速发展而日益凸显,经济繁荣的背后是伦理约束的乏力,而法律的约束成本代价又极高。因此,正视目前我国旅游经济发展中存在的伦理问题,进而探寻出旅游伦理建设的相应途径是当前发展旅游经济的重要议题之一。With the rapid development of national tourism economy, tourism is also associated with ethical issues. The weakness of ethical constraints is in the economic prosperity, while the cost of legal binding is extremely high. Therefore, to face the ethical issues that exist in the current development of our country＇ s tourism economy, and then to seek the corresponding approaches of the construction of tourism ethics are important to develop the tourism economy.
