摘　　要：通过对叶蛋白膏生产过程中的打浆时间、加水比例、分离方法等影响蛋白质含量的关键性因素进行对比性试验研究,获得了制取高蛋白质含量叶蛋白膏的提取工艺条件,初步探索出合理的叶蛋白膏生产工艺流程,为LPC生产提供一条有效的途径。In the study,the contrast experiment was carried out to clarity extraction technique for leaf protein concentration（LPC）,it involved in some critical factors including on the beating time,the watering proportion and the isolation method.Meanwhile,it should explore manufacture technical process and provide a effective path for LPC.
