摘  要:曲轴是发动机的主要运动件,其性能优劣直接影响到发动机的可靠性和寿命。周期性变化的动载荷下,曲轴内将产生交变的弯曲应力和扭转应力,极易在过渡圆角等应力集中部位发生疲劳破坏。文章对汽油机曲轴进行UG三维建模,采用有限元分析ANSYS软件对其进行动态分析,研究了整体曲轴的变形和应力状况,为曲轴结构设计及改进提供了理论依据。The streengths and weaknesses of engine crankshaft have direct impact on the performance of engine reliability and life expectancy because it is main moving parts. It will produce alternating bending stress and torsion stress as cyclical changes in the dynamic load. The stress will be vulnerable during the transition fillet stress concentration sites, and cause fatigue damage. In this paper, gasoline engine crankshaft three-dimensional model is buile. The paper uses finite element analysis software ANSYS to carry out its dynamic analysis, and studies the crankshaft state of deformation and stress, which provides a basis to improve the design of the engine crankshaft
