摘　　要：针对矿用机车直流电源变换器的大多数平均无故障时间超不过800h(一个月)状况,研发试制了一种适合变换器使用的电源滤波器,可使直流变换器的平均无故障时间超过2400h(三个月)。并提高了电源变换器的抗干扰能力,解决了变换器使用寿命短的问题。Based on fault-free time of most mine locomotive DC power converters fewer than 800 hours （one month）, the paper trials out of a suitable power converter to use filters allow MTBF more than 2 400 hours （three months）,Which also develops its anti-jamming capability to address the issue of converter life.
