摘　　要：通过分析目前国内的高等工程教育模式,以及与国外高校对工程人才的培养方法对比,提出面向工程实际的应用型人才培养模式,从学生的理论教育、课程设计、实验教学、金工实习到企业实习等方面给出较为全面的培养思路,以期对当今的机械工程教育改革提供参考。Atraining model for mechanical engineer oriented practice application is proposed. The higher engineering education training model in our country is analyzed and comprised with foreign universities＇. A comprehensive training idea is presented including the theory education of students, course design, experiment, metalworking exercitation and practice in enterprise or corporation. It gives a positive significance for today＇s mechanical engineering education.
