摘　　要：论述了软开关H桥DC-DC变换电路驱动电平状态及驱动时序,设计了占空比可调、各开关管通断延迟时间可调的PWM控制信号发生器.该发生器以CPLD为硬件基础,软件使用VHDL语言编写,可用于软开关H桥DC-DC变换电路中.与专用控制芯片比较,本设计延迟时间调整灵活、便于与控制单元接口.The H-bridge soft-switch DC/DC converter is introduced including its driving level and time sequence.And the PWM control signal generator based on CPLD,with adjustable duty-cycle and switch delay time,is designed.It is programmed with VHDL language,and can also be used in H-bridge soft-switch DC/DC converter circuit.Compared with the special control chips,the design is flexible to adjust delay time,and convenient to interface with control unit.
