摘  要:目的建立坎离砂中阿魏酸(FA)和川芎嗪(CXZ)的同时含量测定方法。方法采用RP-HPLC法同时测定FA和CXZ的含量。色谱柱:D iamonsil(钻石)C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.4%冰醋酸水溶液(三乙胺调pH 3.5)15∶85为流动相,流速为1.0 m l.m in-1,检测波长280 nm,进样量20μl。结果 FA、CXZ分别在14.35-328 mg.L-1(r=0.999 5)、6.91-158 mg.L-1(r=0.999 5)范围内呈良好的线性范围,平均回收率均大于99.0%,RSD小于1.5%(n=9)。结论该方法快速、准确、简便、专属性强、重现性好,可用于坎离砂的质量控制。目的建立坎离砂中阿魏酸(FA)和川芎嗪(CXZ)的同时含量测定方法。方法采用RP-HPLC法同时测定FA和CXZ的含量。色谱柱:Diamonsil(钻石)C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.4%冰醋酸水溶液(三乙胺调pH3.5)15∶85为流动相,流速为1.0 ml.min-1,检测波长280 nm,进样量20μl。结果 FA、CXZ分别在14.35-328 mg.L-1(r=0.999 5)、6.91-158 mg.L-1(r=0.999 5)范围内呈良好的线性范围,平均回收率均大于99.0%,RSD小于1.5%(n=9)。结论该方法快速、准确、简便、专属性强、重现性好,可用于坎离砂的质量控制。Objective To establish method for the determination of Ferulic acid(FA) and Chuanxiongzine(CXZ) in kanlisha.Methods The determination of FA and CXZ was performed by RP-HPLC.They were separated on a Diamonsil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) using solvents of acetonitrile and 0.4% acetic acid aqueous(to adjust pH3.5 with triethylamine)(15∶85) as mobile phase.They were detected at 280 nm with flow rate as 1.0 mL·min-1,the column temperature was 25℃ and sample size was 20 μL.Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 14.35~328 mg·L-1 for FA(r=0.999 5),6.91~158 mg·L-1 for CXZ (r=0.999 5).The average recoveries of samples were all over 99.0% and RSD was below 1.5%(n=9).ConclusionThe method of content determination is rapid,accurate,specific and reproducible,and is suitable for the quality control of kanlisha.
