烤瓷贴面折裂及脱落原因分析

摘　　要：目的：评价烤瓷贴面修复1-10年后的临床远期效果。方法：对完成修复1-10年的35位患者500个前牙及前磨牙烤瓷贴面的病例进行复查,对折裂及脱落的病例进行评估及原因分析。结果：烤瓷失败的主要原因为烤瓷贴面的折裂及脱落,贴面折裂的发生率较高。结论：适应症选择不当、咬合不良及不良咬合习惯、使用不当及黏结过程中处理不当等因素是导致烤瓷贴面的折裂及脱落的主要原因。Aim：To investigate the clinical outcomes of ceramic veneers after 1 to 10 years of restoration particularly for those failed cases,and to provide useful information for clinical practice.Methods： In 35 patients with 500 anterior teeth or premolars ceramic veneer restorations were reviewed.The failure cases including veneer fracture or lost were systemically analyzed.Results： Followed by veneer fall off,veneer fracture was the major reason for the failed restorations.Conclusion：improper clinical indication decision,poor occlusion,incorrect veneer usage or inappropriate adhesive procedure were the major causes for the fracture or lost of ceramic veneer restorations.
