摘　　要：技术创新是提高企业竞争优势并获取超额利润的有效方式,而技术创新绩效的测度可以有效地提高技术创新的效率。平衡记分卡是测度企业绩效的一种有效的方法,而基于平衡记分卡的技术创新绩效体系具有较高的科学性和合理性。因子分析可以为理论体系提供现实性检验,从而提高了理论体系的应用价值。The technique innovation is a kind of valid method to raise the competition advantage of enterprise and acquire excess profit,and the performance measure of technique innovation may provide the efficiency of technique innovation.The BSC is a kind of valid method to estimate the enterprise performance,and the technique innovation performance system based on BSC has high science and reasonableness.FA may provide actuality certification for theory system to raise the application value of theory system.
