技能大赛对高职院校教学改革促进作用的研究

摘　　要：技能大赛是我国教育工作的一项重大制度设计与创新,也是新时期高职教育改革与发展的重要推进器。分析了技能大赛在"尊技重能"学风和教风的形成、教师工程实践能力的提高、项目化教学改革、高职院校实训基地建设、校企合作等方面的促进作用,对于完善技能大赛、推动高职院校教学改革具有重要的现实意义。Skill competition is not only a significant system Innovation,but also a important thruster of higher vocational education reform and development in new time.The promotion of skill competition in respecting skill,teachers＇ Engineering practical ability,project-based teaching Reformation,training base construction,school-enterprise cooperation is analyzed.It is important to improve skill competition,push forward teaching innovation in Higher Vocational colleges.
