学科馆员与高职院校专业服务馆员的比较和思考

摘　　要：学科馆员是高校中熟悉某类馆藏资源,熟悉某些学科知识,为相关读者提供深层次文献信息服务的图书馆馆员。不同类型的高校图书馆工作,服务对象不同,工作的侧重面不同,参考咨询工作的重点也不一样。文章从高职院校专业建设出发,提出高职院校专业服务馆员的主要职能必须服务教学改革,服务专业建设、课程建设,并分析了专业服务馆员的工作内容。The paper points out that academic librarians and library workers take on different works in a library.Generally speaking,academic librarians are different from other library workers in that they have a good knowledge of library resources and are usually specialized in specific field.They can provide professional reading consultancy for the readers with specific interests.The paper suggests that academic librarians in higher vocational college library orient their work on serving teaching reform,curriculum development and construction.
