卡托普利对腹主动脉缩窄大鼠血浆心房利钠肽水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察卡托普利对腹主动脉缩窄大鼠血浆心房利钠肽(ANP)水平的影响。方法用银夹造成腹主动脉部分狭窄(银夹内径0.7 mm)方法制作腹主动脉缩窄模型,手术4周后,模型组和假手术组灌胃双蒸水,卡托普利组灌胃卡托普利注射液,连续灌胃4周后计算左室心肌质量指数(LVM I),胶原染色观察心肌病理形态,放射免疫法测定血浆ANP水平。结果左室心肌胶原染色显示模型组有大量鲜红色胶原纤维,较假手术组有明显改变,卡托普利组见少量鲜红色胶原纤维存在;模型组LVM I及血浆ANP水平较假手术组显著升高(P均<0.01),卡托普利组与假手术组无显著性差异。结论ANP与大鼠腹主动脉缩窄致心肌纤维化相关,卡托普利可能通过影响ANP而抑制心肌纤维化进程。Objective It is to observe the effects of captopril on the level of plasma atrial natriuretic peptide（ANP） in rats with abdominal aortic coarctation.Methods Abdominal aortic coarctation rat model was established by partially banding abdominal aorta with silver clip（inside diameter 0.7 mm）.In 4 weeks after operation,model group and sham operation group was given double distilled water by intragastric administration,and captopril group was given captopril injection by intragastric administration.After 4 weeks＇ intragastric administration,left ventricular mass index（LVMI） was calculated and left ventricle pathologic form was observed by collagen staining.The level of ANP was determined by radioimmunoassay.Results Left ventricle collagen staining showed that there was a lot of fresh red collagen fiber in model group,and the difference was significant compared with that in sham operation group.There was a little of fresh red collagen fiber in captopril group.LVMI and the level of ANP were higher in model group than that in sham-operation group（P0.01）.There was no significant difference between captopril group and sham operation group.Conclusion ANP is correlated with myocardial fibrosis induced by abdominal aortic coarctation in the rats,and captopril can delay the process of myocardial fibrosis by effecting ANP.
