定心方对高血脂症大鼠低密度脂蛋白受体的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨定心方的降脂作用机制,为中药新药的研究提供科学依据。方法将大鼠随机分为正常对照组,模型组,定心方大剂量组、中剂量组、小剂量组以及血脂康组。采用ELISA法测定各组大鼠肝脏低密度脂蛋白受体(LDLR)的表达情况。结果与模型组相比,定心方各组和血脂康组LDLR的表达增强,其中定心方大剂量组效果最佳。结论定心方可以增强高血脂症大鼠肝脏LDLR的含量,从而增强肝脏对血脂的代谢功能,起到调控血脂水平的作用。Objective It is to study the mechanism of regulating blood lipids of Dingxin decoction in order to provide scientific basis to the research of new herbs compound.Methods The rats were randomly divided into six groups： normal control group,model group,high dosage of Dingxin decoction group,mild dosage of Dingxin decoction group and low dosage of Dingxin decoction group,Xuezhikang group.The expression of low density lipoprotein receptor（LDLR） in liver of the rats in every group was determined with ELISA.Results Compared with that in model group,The expression of LDLR in Dingxin decoction groups and Xuezhikang group was increased,and the effect of high dosage of Dingxin decoction was the best.Conclusion Dingxin decoction can increase the quantity of LDLR in liver in the rats with hyperlipemia,thus it can enhance liver metabolism of blood fat to regulate its level.
