摘　　要：加强高层次人才引进是大学发展壮大的重要保证。当前,高校引进人才工作因出现的诸多问题,不但实现不了预期的目的,还会造成人力、物力、财力的浪费,使学校坐失发展机遇。应正视人才引进工作中存在的问题,进一步完善人才引进工作机制,开创人才引进工作新局面。Strengthen high-level talents import is an important guarantee for university development and growth. Currently, the university introduced talents many problems arising in the process, not only can not achieve the intended purpose, which causes human, material and financial resources to waste, so that schools will lose the opportunity for development. Talent introduction should address the problems, to further improve the mechanism of talents, and creating a new situation of talents introducing.
