摘　　要：通过对不同教育体制背景下的美国、英国、法国高等教育评估中介机构发展状况的研究,旨在为我国高等教育评估中介机构的建立和完善提供借鉴和启示:第一,结合实际,制定相应的评估标准;第二,法律保护,具有独立性;第三,搭建沟通政府与大学的桥梁;第四,增强权威性。This paper aims to provide reference and inspiration for the perfection of China’s higher education assessment intermediaries through the study on the educational system’s development of higher education accreditation in the United States,Britain,and France.It emphasizes that such steps be taken to formulate realistic assessment standards for authoritative and independent intermediaries that are protected by law as a bridge between universities and governments.
