摘　　要：随着大学生"村官"计划的进一步推进,大学生"村官"计划的机制缺陷日益凸显,建立和完善法律制度保障、培养选任、帮扶教导、社会保障、监督考核奖惩等五个方面的机制,构建起一个完整的大学生村官长效机制体系已成为当前迫切需要解决的问题。Along with the advancement of the ＂university students village official＂ program, the weaknesses of the opration machanism hilight day by day. The urgent problem we must reslove has been to build a effective machanism for the this program by establishing and improving the machanisms covering the guarantee of legal system, training and selection of talents, assistance and guidance, social security and supervision and evaluation system.
