摘 要:英语教学中,词汇是语言学习的基础。尤其在当今英语教学对象低龄化的大环境下,如何根据儿童的认知发展水平,使其能在外语学习的早期打好语言基础,牢固掌握词汇,同时不影响儿童对英语学习的兴趣是一个十分值得关注的问题。本文作者根据教学实践中发现的问题以及《剑桥少儿英语》教材中词汇的结构特点,研究通过训练学生绘制"单词导图",达到牢固掌握词汇,培养发散思维能力,同时激发英语学习兴趣的目的。Vocabulary is the basis of the English language teaching.Particularly,in today's younger learners-oriented environment,abiding by the children's cognitive level,how to let the learners have a solid grasp of vocabulary without affecting their interest in learning English is worthy of concern.According to the problems found in teaching practice and the characteristics of words in the textbooks Cambridge Young Learners' English,the author tries to use the "word-mapping" approach to make the students master a solid vocabulary and develop their divergent thinking ability,while stimulating their interest in learning English.
