摘 要:目的探讨大学生自我监控与自我和谐状况、影响因素及两者的关系。方法采用Snyder编制的自我监控反应量表和王登峰编制的自我和谐量表对赣州市273名大学生进行问卷调查。结果来自城镇和农村的学生在自我与经验的不和谐监控性总分上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。大一与大二,大一与大三学生在自我和谐总分、自我灵活性上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。高低监控组学生在自我和谐总分、自我与经验的不和谐性、自我刻板性上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);总体自我监控与自我刻板性相关(r=-0.171,P<0.01),高监控组的自我监控性与自我灵活性相关(r=0.268,P<0.01)。结论不同的生源环境可影响学生的自我监控水平,自我监控与自我和谐表现出明显的年级主效应,大学生的监控水平与自我和谐密切相关。Objective To study and explore the relationship between self-monitoring and self consistency.Method 273 college students in Ganzhou were investigated with self-monitoring scale made by Mark Snyder and self-consistency scale made by Wang Dengfeng.Results We found there are significant differences between urban and rural students in the score of self-monitoring and self-experience inconsistency,(P〈0.05).There are statistically significant differences between freshmen and sophomore students,in total score of self-harmony and score of self-flexibility,as well as between freshmen and junior students(P〈0.05).High-degree self monitoring and low-degree self-monitoring have significant difference on the sum score of self-consistency,the inconsistency between self and experience,and the inflexibility of self(P〈0.05).Overall self-monitoring was significant correlated with inflexibility of self(r=-0.171,P〈0.01).The high-degree self-monitoring was positively correlated with the flexibility of self(r=0.268,P〈0.01).Conclusion The different sources of environment can affect the level of student self-monitoring.Self-monitoring and self consistency clearly shows a magor effect of grade.The level of self-monitoring of college students is closely related to self consistency.
