摘　　要：本文通过对造成WD615发动机曲轴拉瓦的原因进行了初步分析,对曲轴表面氮化疏松层的金相及组织进行了剖析,确定了由于疏松层的脱落造成的拉瓦的原因。The paper analyzes the reasons that cause to score crankshaft bearings in the WD615 engine.By the metallurgical analysis to porosity layer and its structural dissection,it is determined that dropping of porosity layer leads to bearing score.
