摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗Hp相关性消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法:分别给予兰索拉唑30mg,清晨口服一次,连服两周,同时服用中药半夏泻心汤的加减方,每日1剂,早晚各一次,连服2周。结果:治疗后临床症状均有明显改善,其中显效率32例(53.3%),有效22例(36.7%),无效6例(10%),总有效率90%。结论:质子泵抑制剂联合中药半夏泻心汤治疗Hp相关性消化性溃疡临床疗效满意。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of combined Chinese and Western Medicine treatment for Hp related peptic ulcer.Method：Given lansoprazole 30mg,morning oral once,and continuous taking for two weeks,while taking the medicine Banxia Xiexin Tang plus and minus side,one day,sooner or later each time,and continuous taking for two weeks.Result：Clinical symptoms after treatment were significantly improved the efficiency of which 32 cases（53.3%）,effective in 22 cases（36.7%）,invalid in 6 cases（10%）,with a total effective rate 90%.Conclusion：Proton pump inhibitor combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of Banxia Xiexin Tang Hp-related peptic ulcer clinical results were satisfactory.
