摘 要:首先对2-PRR并联机构进行了运动学分析,推导出机构的运动学正反解。在此基础上列举应用实例,并利用Pro/E软件建立了机构零部件的实体模型,再通过一定的约束条件对零部件模型进行装配,然后运用Pro/E的Mechanism模块对其进行运动仿真。最后介绍了仿真结果在机构惯性力分析中的应用及改善惯性力影响的措施,为并联机构的进一步设计、分析及制造奠定了基础。The kinematic analysis of 2 - PRR parallel mechanism is presented, and the kinematic direct and inverse solution is deduced. On this basis, an application example is g/yen and the three-dimensional models of all components which are assembled according to certain restriction condition in Pro/E software are established. The movement simulation in Pro/E' s Mechanism module is carried out. Finally, simulation - result' s application in analysing inertial force of mechanism and measures of meliorating inertial force's effect are intruduced. The foundation for further designing, analysis and manufacture of parallel mechanism is established.
