摘　　要：目的:探讨《临床护理教学管理登记本》在临床教学管理工作中的应用。方法:根据临床护理教学特点自行设计了《临床护理教学管理登记本》,由各科室教学组长负责及时进行填写和阶段小结,护理部每季度对临床护理教学管理工作实施和登记情况进行检查,将检查情况及时与教学组长及护生进行沟通。结果:使用该登记本2年来,护生对带教工作满意度明显提高。结论:《临床护理教学管理登记本》有利于临床护理教学质量的持续改进。Objective To explore ＂the registration of the clinical nursing teaching management＂ in clinical teaching in the management of the application of. Methods Based on the clinical characteristics of nursing education designed the ＂registration of the clinical nursing teaching management＂, by the head of departments in charge of teaching completed in a timely manner and stages of nodules, Nursing Department on a quarterly basis to the clinical nursing teaching management to inspect the implementation and registration, will examine the timely and head of clinical teaching and nursing students to communicate. Results Use of the registration of the two years, nursing students with a teaching job satisfaction has improved significantly. Conclusion ＂The registration of the clinical nursing teaching management＂ conducive to the quality of clinical care and continuous improvement of teaching.
