摘  要:目的通过对C6大鼠脑胶质瘤的伽玛刀治疗,检测伽玛刀治疗前后VEGF的变化,探讨伽玛刀治疗胶质瘤作用机制。方法 50只SD大鼠,采用立体定向法对40只SD大鼠进行动物造模,10只作为正常对照组,14 d后对其中20只进行伽玛刀治疗作为治疗组,20只作为肿瘤对照组。伽玛刀治疗后7 d,对所有大鼠处死并应用免疫组化法检测VEGF并进行统计学分析。结果 VEGF在正常大鼠基本没有表达,在肿瘤对照组大鼠中表达增强,伽玛刀照射组VEGF的表达降低。结论伽玛射线可降低大鼠C6脑胶质瘤VEGF表达。Objective To investigate the mechanism of gamma knife radiosurgery treatment of C6 glioma by examing the expression changes of VEGF.Methods 40 SD C6 brain glioma model was established by stereotactic implatation and 10 as normal control group.After 14 days,20 SD rats were given gamma knife radiosurgery and 20 SD rats as control group.7 days after gamma knife radiosurgery,all the rats were beheaded and given VEGF immunol histochemistry stains,and was given statistical analysis.Results There is little expression of VEGF in normal brain and intense expression in gliomas.After gamma knife radiosurgery the VEGF expression reduced significantly.Conclusion VEGF expression in glioma can be reduced by Gamma knife radiosurgery.
