摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌中CK19和EpCAM的表达的临床意义。方法利用组织芯片-免疫组化技术,对术后病理诊断明确的胃癌31例,良性病变7例和正常胃粘膜16例的组织标本制成一张组织芯片,用免疫组化SP法检测组织芯片中CK19和EpCAM的表达,从循证诊断角度分析两者在胃癌中的诊断价值。结果 (1)CK19、EpCAM在良性病变和胃癌组织中的表达率显著高于正常组织中,差异性显著(P<0.05);(2)CK19、EpCAM在胃癌的循征医学诊断中有一定的价值,其中以EpCAM、及其与CK19并联实验的价值最高。结论 CK19和EpCAM可以帮助胃癌的早期诊断。Objective To investigate the assessment value of CK19 and EpCAM expressions in gastric cancer patients.Methods The gastric mucosa tissue samples（31 stomach cancer patients,7 cases of benign lesions and 16 normal tissue） made a tissue microarray by tissue microarray-immunohistochemical techniques.The expressions of CK19 and EpCAM in the microarray were detected by immunohistochemical SP methods.And the expressions of CK19 and EpCAM were assessed in diagnositic value from the view of Evidence-Based Diagnosis.Results （1）Expressed CK19 and EpCAM in benign lesions and gastric cancer tissues are significantly higher than the normal tissues（P 0.05）;（2） CK19 and EpCAM have certain value in the evidence-based diagnosis of gastric cancer.Among the results,the EpCAM alone and its parallel experiment with CK19 are the most valuable biomarkers.Conclusion CK19 and EpCAM could help early diagnosis of gastric cancer patients
