摘　　要：20世纪90年代以来加拿大华裔文学中涌现出一系列以家族叙事为题材的英文小说。近二十年来,这些华裔家族小说成绩斐然,作家及其作品得到加拿大主流社会的广泛关注,多次获得加拿大重要文学奖项及提名,在加国文坛上日益彰显重要地位,成为当代加拿大华裔文学中最具代表性的文类。华裔作家群体性地书写家族历史叙事形成了一种独特的华裔写作传统和写作范式。There has come forth a series of prize-winning novels concerning family history narrative in overseas Chinese Canadian literature since the 1990s.By observing Chinese Canadian family novels on the backgrounds of Chinese Canadian immigration history and community history,Canadian mainstream discourse as well as in the context of Canadian postmodern and multicultural society,this thesis holds a viewpoint that these 'family novels' have re-examined the arduous process of Chinese Canadians' pursuing and relocating their identity on the 'other' land in past one hundred years through fictional family or community historical stories.
