省域个人教育收益率变因剖析——基于分层线性模型视角

摘　　要：利用中国社会综合调查开放数据库(CGSS)中《中国城乡居民生活综合调查》(2005年)的数据资料和分层线性回归技术,对中国省域教育收益率及其影响因素进行实证分析。结果表明:现阶段,中国教育收益率已经高于世界平均水平;中国城乡居民男性教育收益率高于女性;少数民族教育收益率高于汉族;教育收益率随着受教育程度的提高而下降,但随着收入水平的提高而上升。An empirical analysis is conducted to study interprovincial changing of education returns in China and its influencing factors using the database of ＂Synthesis Investigation of Living Status for Residents in Urban and Rural Regions（2005）＂ in CGSS and applies the hierarchical linear regression model.The results show that： education returns in China has surpass mean level of the world;education returns of man surpass that of woman;the minority＇s surpass the Han＇s;education returns drop along with raise of education level,but rise along with increasing of income in China in recent years.
