摘　　要：刑讯逼供是制约我国法治现代化的难言之隐。从心理学的视域探测刑讯逼供的内涵及过程,深入体察刑讯逼供全过程中受害人心灵遭受的摧残,对促使法者做出刑讯逼供行为的心理动因进行历史与现实的追析,审视刑讯逼供犯罪对受害人、行为人、社会公众以及中国的国际公信度带来的心理危害,旨在唤起社会从人性层面关注刑讯逼供现象的紧迫意识。In China, extortion of law. From psychological perspecti confession by torture is a painful topic which hinders modernization of ve, this paper discusses the connotation and process on extortion of confession by torture, explores the soul of the victims suffering devastation in the whole process, analyzes law enforcement people＇s psychology motive from historical and realistic perspectives, and carefully examines the psychological harm of confession by torture on victims, perpetrator, the public and Chinese international credibility, so as to arouse social concern on the phenomena of confession by torture from the humanistic level.
