摘　　要：在板带钢表面缺陷图像脉冲噪声去除的研究中,结合脉冲噪声的特点以及带钢表面缺陷图像的特点,提出了一种基于阈值的开关中值滤波方法.该方法通过设定阈值判断滤波窗口中心像素点是否为噪声点,并对噪声点进行中值滤波.通过大量的仿真实验证明该方法简单可行,在噪声去除和保护细节方面都取得了明显优于传统滤波方法的效果,而且在噪声污染不太大的情况下具有普遍适用性,有一定的工程应用价值,且研究过程也体现了对图像进行考察的重要性.To remove the impulse noise from surface defect images of strip steel,a threshold-based method of switching median filtering is presented according to the characteristics of impulse noise and surface defect images of strip steel.In the method,whether the central pixel point in the filter window is a noise point is determined by setting the threshold data,then the median filtering process is done for the noise point.Lots of simulation results showed that the method is simple and applicable,and it is evidently better than other conventional filtering methods for removing details kept up.The method has a wide applicability to low noise pollution and is available to engineering applications.It was also found that the inspection of images and relevant details are of importance to several technological processes.
