摘　　要："五常"思想是中国儒家道德规范体系的核心,对中国的传统医德原则、医生职业责任、行为规范、专业要求、医患关系调整原则的确立和发展具有深刻的影响,对理解《新世纪医师职业精神——医师宣言》所提出的现代医生的职业精神原则与责任,具有积极的借鉴和启迪意义。The ＂ Wu Chang＂ thought is a core idea in Chinese Confucian morality system, which plays a critical role in establishing and fyrther developing traditional Chinese medical ethical principles, doctors＇ professional obligations, behavioral regulations, professional requirements, and physician - patient relationship. Therefore, it is also of positive referencing and revealing significance for fully understanding the modern doctors＇ professionalism and responsibilities raised by the ＂ Doctors＇ Declaration of Doctors＇ Professionalism in the New Century＂.
