摘　　要：从医学伦理学的角度出发,根据老年患者口腔疾病的特点,探讨了口腔诊疗过程中应遵循的医德原则,主要有:医师要有"以人为本"的精神;医师要有敬业精神;医师要与时俱进,不断提高医疗技能;医师要关注和重视老年患者的心理要求;医师有责任和义务向老年患者做好口腔卫生宣教工作。This article is to discuss the ethical principles in the diagnosis and treatment of oral disease in elderly patients. The patient -oriented concept should not be neglected. Doctors＇ moral responsibility must be strengthened during examination, diagnosing and curing process. Medical skills should be well mastered and improved. Characteristic of senile patients should be attached to and right oral health education is obligatory for patients.
