可施工性对斜拉桥跨越能力的影响

摘  要:斜拉桥的优点是通过斜拉索从塔顶直接弹性支承主梁,从而达到建设大跨度桥梁的目的。因此,不断追求更大跨度始终伴随斜拉桥的发展过程,根据现有条件探索极限跨径成为广泛的议题。研究以苏通大桥结构形式为基本模式,在现有制造和施工水平的假定条件下,探索施工条件对斜拉桥跨越能力的影响。通过对目前桥梁施工设备能力和施工方法的调查分析,从斜拉索可施工性、主塔可施工性、主梁可施工性、施工过程稳定性等角度出发,对斜拉桥可以实现的跨径进行了定性和定量分析。研究结果显示,采用苏通大桥的桥型结构和目前的施工技术,斜拉桥可以实现的跨径为1 500 m左右。也对增大跨径的途径进行了探讨。The advantage of a cable-stayed bridge is that longer span can be reached by elastic supports of cables which connect main gird to pylon.Longer and longer span is always the target of the development of cable-stayed bridge.Ultimate span of cable stayed bridge is a widely studied topic.On the base of the structure figure of Sutong Bridge,the development of the span of cable-stayed bridge with current construction technique is discussed in this paper.From the point of view of constructability of the cables,pylon and the main gird,and the stability of the structure during the construction process,the qualitative and quantitative analysis of ultimate span of cable-stayed was carried out,accompanied with investigation of capability of construction device and the construction methods.The result shows that the ultimate span of cable-stayed bridges with the construction technique used in the construction of Sutong Bridge is about 1 500 m.The way to enhance ultimate span was also discussed.
