摘  要:调查证明,在新形势下大学生诚信培育体系必须包括社会环境与引导、校园环境、学校教育、学校评价、学校激励、诚信心理引导、接档建档转档、家校合作等环节和要素。社会因素已成为影响大学生诚信与否的第一因素,学校教育已不再是唯一的和说话就能算数的因素。社会环境与引导是构建大学生诚信培育体系的首要因素,诚信心理引导是这个体系是否有效的心理基础,接档建档转档是重要的制约环节,家校合作是重要的辅佐。The investigation shows that college students' credibility cultivating system should include social environment and guidance, campus environment, school instruction, school evaluation, school inspiration, etc. With social factors decisively affecting the credibility of college students, school instruction is no longer as effective as it used to be. In the credibility education system, social environment and guidance must stand in the first place, and the mental guide of credibility is the psychology base which can determine its validity. Besides, a complete archives system for students is a necessary mechanism for supervision, and the co-operation between college and home an important assistance.
