摘　　要：针对报刊阅览室在管理和服务过程中经常出现的问题,本文从开展报刊阅览室的咨询服务、严格执行管理制度和不断加强自身素质三方面探讨如何进行科学的管理,以便更好地发挥报刊阅览室的服务功能。In order to solve the problems arised from the management and service in prriodicals reading room,this paper has conduct detail discussion on the consulation service,strict implementation of the management and the improvement of diathesis.Therefore,the detail discussion is benefit for the improvement of the service managements.
