摘  要:受教育水平、工作经验与收入之间相互作用的影响,明瑟收入函数中主要解释变量的设定存在不足,估算的教育收益率存在一定偏差,参照卡德(Card,David.)等学者提出的内生教育研究方法,通过在明瑟收入函数中将教育水平看做内生变量,估算教育收益率。实证研究结果显示,将教育水平看做内生变量后,教育收益率估计值大大提高。Affected by the interaction of education attainment, working experience and income, there are some limits in explanatory variables such as educational attainment of Mincer earning equation, which lead to some deviations in the estimation of the rate of return to education. By referring to research methods of Card and other scholars, and keeping education attainments as endogenous variables in Mincer earning equation, the impacts of educational attainment on income are measured. Empirical research results show that after taking into consideration the endogenous variables of education attainment, the rate of return to education attainment is increased substantially.
