摘　　要：论述毕业生综合素质客观评价体系建立的意义,分析企业招聘学生的考核条件及标准,根据学生在校的基本表现,建立起科学、完整、准确的评价体系和方法,并总结、分析该方法试点的实践效果。This essay expounds the significance of the appraisal system for graduates＇ comprehensive quality and analyzes employers＇ requirements for them. It also discusses about the establishment of a scientific, complete and accurate appraisal system according to students＇ performance on campus as well as summarizing its effects.
