摘 要:目的观察麦麸的健脾功效及不同炒制程度对其影响。方法通过外翻肠囊法观察不同炮制方法的麦麸对小肠吸收营养物质的影响,以紫外分光测光密度值法观察不同的麦麸炮制品对消化酶的活性的影响,用离体回肠法观察其对小肠收缩作用的影响。结果麦麸炮制品提取液对离体小肠收缩有明显促进作用,各炮制品作用强弱依次为:水提液:炒焦品>过度炒焦品>炒黄品>炒轻品>生品;醇提液:炒黄品>炒焦品>炒轻品>生品>过度炒焦品。结论麦麸健脾作用可能与促进小肠收缩有关,不同麦麸加工品中,以炒焦麦麸健脾功效最为显著。Objective To explore the effects of different preparative products of wheat bran on invigorating spleen.Methods Everted rat gut sac model was used to explore the effect of the extract from different preparative products of wheat bran on nutritive absorption.Ultraviolet spectrometer was used to detect the enzyme activity of the different extracts.Rabbit gut in vitro was used to examine the effect of the extracts on gut contraction.Results Effect of water extract from wheat bran on gut contraction decrease in the sequence:toasted to dark brown bran over toasted bran toasted to brown bran slightly toasted bran crude bran.And effect of alcoholic extract from wheat bran on gut contraction decrease in the sequence:toasted to brown bran toasted to dark brown bran toasted slightly bran crude bran over toasted bran.Conclusion It is suggested that the toasted wheat bran has effect on invigorating spleen especially the wheat bran toasted to dark brown,and its effect may be related to enhancing gut contraction.
