摘　　要：五运六气理论的临床研究,主要包括疫病及杂病两个方面。其中以疫病的研究为主,除了大量对SARS的回顾性研究外,也有对其他传染性疾病的回顾及预测方面的研究。杂病方面的研究主要从两个方面探讨,一是根据发病时间的规律探讨其与发病的关系,二是对患者出生及胎孕期的运气气化特点分析,探讨其对患者生理病理体质及发病证候的影响。The clinical study of five ＂yun＂ six ＂qi＂ theory mainly includes two aspects.That is to say epidemic diseases and the other various illnesses.Among them,epidemic disease＇s study is primary.In addition to a large number of SARS retrospective study,there is also a study of other infectious disease＇s review and forecast aspect.Other various illnesses aspect＇s study mainly discusses from two aspects.First,according to the morbidity time＇s rule to discuss the relationship it with the disease;Secondly,to analyze the patient birth and the pregnancy time＇s ＂yun＂ and ＂qi＂ characteristics and to explore the influence of the patient＇s physiology and pathology physique and the disease syndromes.
