摘 要:目的研究经TiO2表面修饰的人工晶状体兔眼植入后,其表面性状的改变对人工晶状体生物相容性的影响。方法健康新西兰大白兔10只(20眼)一眼植入TiO2修饰人工晶状体,另一眼植入未修饰人工晶状体,180d后行光镜、扫描电镜观察人工晶状体表面黏附细胞种类和数量。结果TiO2表面修饰人工晶状体表面黏附有少量巨噬细胞、成纤维样细胞、类上皮细胞,巨细胞样体极少见,晶状体光学中心表面黏附细胞少,周边黏附细胞多。TiO2修饰人工晶状体表面各型黏附细胞明显少于未修饰人工晶状体,但2组人工晶状体表面可见较多的色素颗粒。结论TiO2修饰人工晶状体有较好的生物相容性。Objective To study the effect of surface character changes on biocompatibility of lenses after TiO2 surface modified intraocular lenses(IOL)implantation in rabbit eyes.Methods The TiO2 modified IOL were implanted into the eye of one side,and the IOL with no TiO2 modification into the eye of the other side in ten healthy New Zealand white rabbits(20 eyes),the kind and number of adhered cells on the surface of IOL were observed by light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy at postoperative 180 days.Results The adhered cells on the surface of IOL included few macrophages,fibroblasts and epithelioid cells,giant cells-like bodies were very few,a few of adhered cells were on the surface of the central part of IOL and more on the border of IOL.Every kind of the adhered cells on the surface of TiO2 modified IOL was less than that on the surface of IOL with no TiO2 modification,but there were many pigment granules on all surface of different IOL.Conclusion The biocompatibility of TiO2 modified IOL is improved.
