摘 要:目的研究学龄前儿童与成人眼直肌滑车弹力纤维的差异。方法选取10例新鲜尸体眼眶(儿童组5例、成人组5例),整体固定,石蜡包埋,进行全眼眶连续冠状切片(片厚4μm)。相邻层面经VanGieson特殊染色后,从大体角度和光镜下观察典型层面儿童与成人眼直肌滑车弹力纤维的组织结构及分布特点,并用MIAS-2000显微图像分析系统定量分析。结果儿童眼直肌滑车的弹力纤维组织形态与成人相似,但内直肌滑车弹力纤维含量明显高于成人组,2组平均灰度值分别为57.4±0.2和63.2±0.3,差异有统计学意义(t=31.08,P<0.05)。结论学龄前儿童与成人间眼直肌滑车弹力纤维含量具有差异性,这一发现为更好地研究斜视病因提供了解剖学依据。Objective To study the differences on elastic fiber of extraocular rectus Pulley between preschool children and adults.Methods Ten fresh cadaver orbits(five children,five adults)were fixed in situ and serially corona-sectioned at 4 μm thickness.After every nearby section was stained through Van Gieson method,the content and distribution of elastic fiber in the extraocular rectus Pulley of typical section were observed by gross anatomy and light microscopy,quantitatively analyzed by MIAS-2000 image analyzer.Results The elastic fiber morphology of rectus Pulley of the children were similar to the adult,but the elastic fiber contents of the medial rectus Pulley of the children were higher than those of the adult,the mean gray value of the children and the adult were 57.4±0.2 and 63.2±0.3,respectively,there was statistical difference(t=31.08,P0.05).Conclusion Between the content of elastic fiber of extraocular rectus Pulley the preschool children and the adult has a difference,which provides a dissection basis for the better study on the causes of strabismus.
