血管内皮细胞生长因子与P53在卵巢上皮性肿瘤中表达的定量分析

摘　　要：[目的]定量比较血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)与P53蛋白在卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达的差别和关系。[方法]用细胞图象分析技术和免疫组化法分别检测VEGF和P53蛋白在61例上皮性卵巢良恶性肿瘤组织中表达的积分吸光度(IA)和平均吸光度(MA)。[结果]良性、交界性及恶性肿瘤组织中VEGF和P53蛋白表达的IA与MA值依次增大,良性肿瘤、交界性肿瘤和恶性肿瘤分别两两相比,其IA和MA值差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。VEGF表达与P53蛋白表达结果相互间有联系(P﹤0.05)。[结论]VEGF和P53蛋白在上皮性卵巢肿瘤的形成和发展中有重要影响,可以作为卵巢肿瘤生物学行为恶化的一项指标。[Objective] To investigate quantitatively the differences and relationship between expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） and P53 protein in ovarian epithelial tumors （OET）. [Methods] The quantitative parameters were examined by means of Image Analysis System. 61 cases of OET tissues were stained in VEGF antigen and P53 protein by SP immunohistochemical method. [Results] The integral optical density （IOD） and the mean optical density （MOD） of VEGF and P53 expressions were more and more increased in benign tumors, borderline tumors and ovarian epithelial carcinomas. There were significant differences among them respectively （P﹤0.01）. The positive correlation were noted between VEGF expression and P53 expression （P﹤0.05）. [Conclusion] VEGF and P53 protein plays an important role in the oncogenesis and development of OET, and may be served as tumor marker to evaluate the biological behavior of OET.
