摘　　要：2008年9月-2009年3月,美国暴发了大面积鼠伤寒沙门菌感染,波及46个州691人。经流行病学调查和分子分型鉴定为因为食用了受污染的花生酱或食用了用该品牌花生酱做的其他食品。本案例可以了解美国对食源性疾病的暴发识别、溯源分析和控制措施。From September 2009 to march 2009, Salmonella Typhimurium caused food poisoning outbreak in the United States. It affected 46 states and at least 691 people were infected. The Epidemiologic and PFGE results confirmed that the out-break was associated with peanuts butter and peanuts paste. This case could make us understand the whole procedure of identification, investigation and control measures in foodborne disease outbreak in the United States.
