颌骨骨折67例临床治疗的回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨和总结颌骨骨折的治疗方法。方法:对我院口腔科2005-01—2009-05收治的颌骨骨折患者共67例进行坚强内固定治疗,并利用颌间牵引钛钉行颌间固定及牵引,分别于术后1、3、6个月复查,检查咬合关系及开口度等情况,拍摄X线片了解骨折线复位及愈合情况。结果:术后手术切口均一期愈合,经1～6个月随访,67例中66例咬合关系及开口度恢复良好,有1例上、下颌骨多处骨折患者术后轻度咬合错乱。结论:切开复位内固定、颌间固定及牵引是颌骨骨折治疗的有效方法,坚强内固定技术的发展和应用促进了颌骨骨折的治疗。Objective： To evaluate the methods on the treatment of jaw fracture. Methods： 67 patients with jaw fractures underwent rigid internal fixation, intermaxillary fixation and traction from January 2005 to May 2009 were retrospeeively reviewed. Results： All the incisions healed with first intention. A follow-up of 1-6 months＇ showed both function and apperance have recuperated in 66 cases except 1 case had slight malocclusion. Conclusion： Open reduction and fixation, intermaxillary fixation and traction are effective measures in the treatment of jaw fractures. The development and application of rigid internal fixation advanced the therapy of jaw fractures.
