摘  要:根据D19铝合金下缸体的铸件结构并结合生产现场的实际条件,采用了低压铸造工艺。采取了轴瓦面朝下,多浇口进料的方式,模具六开模,并设置了10路水冷和28路风冷。下缸体油腔泄漏率在3%以下,铸件合格率稳定在95%以上。According to configures of D19 aluminum alloy lower cylinder block combining with practical production circumstance, low pressure casting was adopted to produce it. A scheme in which bearing face is set towards down and ingates are set at crankcase baffle is designed. Exhaust groove and venting plug were added at the position easily occurred in misrun. WFZJ458E low pressure casting machine with locking force more than 180 kN was used. Mould with six-open structure was designed, and temperature -control system with water cooling combining with air cooling was adopted. The results show that leakage rate of the lower cylinder block is less than 5% and qualification rate is more than 95%.
