摘  要:目的:探讨酸-醇法从猪肺中提取胰岛素的研究方法。方法:将猪肺破碎后在低pH值溶液中,使胰岛素分子处于单体状态,利用酸-醇液将其萃取分离,通过盐析将其析出后进行分离纯化。结果:去除杂质蛋白、阴阳离子、热原性物质等,可得到胰岛素晶体,收率近0.006%。结论:从动物体内提取胰岛素,可用于人体降糖的特效药物,尤其是猪胰岛素与人胰岛素相近,对猪内脏器官有效开发,增加胰岛素生产原料来源,有一定研究价值。除了猪胰脏中含有丰富的胰岛素外,猪肺中也含有微量胰岛素。Objective: To investigate the acid-alcohol method to extract insulin from the lung. Methods: The lung at low pH value after breaking solution to the insulin molecules in a single state, the use of acid-alcohol to extraction, precipitated by salting after its purification. Results: Remove protein impurities, ions, pyrogenic substances, available insulin crystals, almost 0.006% yield. Conclusion: Insulin extracted from animals can be used to hypoglycemic effects of human drugs, especially porcine insulin and human insulin is similar to the effective development of pig organs to increase the insulin production of raw materials, certain research value. Apart from pig pancreas is rich in insulin and the lung also con-tain traces of insulin.
