摘　　要：企业技术创新不是单因素孤立作用的结果,而是多种要素共同作用的结果。企业家是企业技术创新的支配者,知识是技术创新的关键资源,社会资本是技术创新的重要保障。从企业家、知识和社会资本三者之间的交互作用视角,综合分析了企业技术创新的综合完整机理。Technological innovation is one all-around phenomenon of many dimensions interaction,including entrepreneur,social capital and knowledge,not isolating effect.Entrepreneur is the dominator in the process of enterprise technological innovation,knowledge is the key resource and s social capital is the importance ensures.This paper has brought forward one synthetical entire frame about technological innovation.
