摘  要:目的探讨胸、腹水染色体最佳方法 ,以便用于辅助临床良、恶性胸、腹水的诊断与鉴别诊断。方法对145例胸、腹水,包括良恶性胸腹水应用细胞遗传学短期培养法,根据加入秋水仙素时间不同、加入PHA(植物血凝素)与否、加入肝素与否比较,染色体常规制片、G显带,以中期分裂相细胞超二倍体和多倍体≥10%为恶性积液。结果胸、腹水染色体短期培养法成功率为72.5%,在恶性胸、腹水中出现多倍体的敏感性为100%。结论采用胸、腹水细胞遗传学短期培养方法 ,可以诊断和鉴别诊断良、恶性积液,成功率高、方法简单,便于推广。Objective : To approach best method of the hydrothorax chromosome for help diagnose and differentiate the hydrothorax of clinical benign and malignant. Methods : Using cytogenetical short - term culture method for 145 case the hydrothoraxs and the ascites chromosomes, by vary the time enter the colchicine and phytohemagglutinin ( PHA), comparing yes and not enter the heparin, chromosome routin making slide and G show belt, The malignant standard of chromosome exam is that the number of the hyperdiploid and polyploidy in metaphase splited cell≥ 10%. Results: The chromosome short -term culture method success rate is 72. 5%, the specificity is 100% in malignant the hydrothoraxs. Conclusion: Using cytogenetical short - term culture method for the hydrothorax and ascites chromosome can help diagnose and differentiate the benign and the malignant effusion, success rate high and method simple and easily popularze.
