摘 要:目的了解军队医院ICU聘用护士工作压力源、生活质量与焦虑情绪的关系。方法应用焦虑自评量表、护士压力源量表、世界卫生组织生活质量评定量表对78名军队医院ICU聘用护士进行测查。结果军队医院ICU聘用护士焦虑的平均分为(47.23±10.33)分,焦虑情绪的发生率为52.56%,焦虑与工作压力总分呈正相关(r=0.608,P<0.01),而与生活质量总分呈负相关(r=-0.578,P<0.01)。结论护理管理者应从工作压力源方面采取行之有效的措施进行干预,从而有效缓解军队医院聘用ICU护士的焦虑情绪,提高生活质量。Objective To understand the relationship among the anxiety and job stressors and the quality of life of the employed ICU nurses in military hospitals. Methods Self - Rating Anxiety Scale ( SAS), the Chinese Nursing Stressor Scale ( CNSS), World Health Organization Quality of Life with 100 Questions ( WHOQOF - 100 ) were used to investigate 78 employed ICU nurses. Results The average score of the anxiety was (47.23 ±10.33 ), and the incidence of anxiety was 52.56%. The anxiety was positively correlated with the total score of job stressors ( r = 0. 608, P 〈 0.01 ) and was negatively correlated with the quality of life( r = - 0. 578,P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The status of anxiety of employed ICU nurses in the military hospital is not optimistic. The nursing managers should take efficient intervention measures to reduce job stressors in order to alleviate the anxiety and improve the quality of life of the employed ICU nurses in the military hospitals.
