运用归一分析法评价床位工作效率

摘　　要：目的分析医院床位利用,评价床位工作效率,最大限度发挥床位利用率,实现充分合理利用现有资源。方法运用归一分析法,建立床位工作效率指数模型,求出床位效率指数,以"1"为标准判断床位工作效率情况。结果 2008年全年除2月份处于等效运行,其他11个月均处于高效率运行状态。结论该院对床位调控处于较高的管理水平,2008年基本实现高效率运行。Objective To analyze beds utilization in hospital for evaluation of beds work efficiency to maximize beds utilization and fully put existing resources to rational use. Methods ＂Normalized analysis＂ was used to establish beds work efficiency index model to calculate beds work efficiency index,with use of ＂1＂ as the standard to judge beds work efficiency. Results Beds work efficiency was at high efficiency in other 11 months except for February in 2008. Conclusion Regulation on beds in this hospital lied in a higher management level,which generally put beds work efficiency at high efficiency position in 2008.
