跨国公司在华子公司战略联盟绩效的影响机制分析

摘　　要：跨国公司在华子公司战略联盟决策,一方面要考虑其所处跨国公司战略网络的约束,另一方面必须与在华子公司的战略角色相协同。因此,跨国公司在华子公司战略联盟的绩效,将受到子公司在全球网络中的嵌入程度以及联盟伙伴的联盟认知和联盟能力的影响。在华子公司在跨国公司全球网络内部的嵌入程度越高,其联盟绩效受到其战略角色的影响也会越大;稳固的联盟认知包括联盟伙伴的目标认知、风险认知和资源优势等为联盟绩效的提高奠定坚实基础;而包括合作能力、关系能力、组织能力及学习能力等方面的联盟能力是提高联盟运作效率,帮助联盟企业实现比其他中间组织形式更多的合作收益,最大化战略联盟绩效的保障。When making decisions on strategic alliances,domestic subsidiaries of transnational company are affected,on one hand,by the restriction of its location in the whole strategic network,on the other hand,by its role played strategically in China.Therefore,the subsidiaries＇ performance is also influenced by its embedding degree in the global network,the recognized degree in the alliance as well as the power of the alliance.The higher embedding degree the subsidiary has,the larger influence by its strategic role upon performance it is affected.Stable alliance cognition including target cognition from alliance partners,risk cognition and resources advantage,etc.provides a solid foundation for alliance performance;while alliance power concerning coordinated ability,relationship ability,organization ability and learning ability also provide the guarantee for maximizing alliance performance,increasing alliance operational efficiency and aiding alliance enterprises to realize more coordinated income than that from other intermediate forms of organization.
