摘  要:试验通过控制超干处理时间获得不同含水量的白皮松种子(7.12%、5.10%、3.21%和1.18%),对这些不同含水量的超干种子进行老化及引发处理,测定白皮松种子电导率、MDA、SOD、CAT和POD等生理指标。结果表明,经引发处理后的低含水量的白皮松种子的SOD、CAT和POD的活力比对照种子的活力高,丙二醛的含量比对照种子的含量低,对照种子的电导率明显高于低含水量的种子,低含水量的种子抗老化能力提高,含水量3.21%的白皮松种子抗老化能力最高。Pinus bungeana Zucc.seeds with different moisture content(7.12%、5.10%、3.21% and 1.18%) were obtained by controlling ultra-drying time,then those seeds were treated by aging and re-water,some physiology indices,including the electrical conductivity,MDA,SOD,CAT and POD were tested.The results indicated that SOD,CAT and POD activities of the low moisture content seeds were higher than that of control seeds,while MDA were lower than the control group.The electrical conductivity showed statistical difference obviously between low moisture content seeds and the control group.The ability of anti-aging were increased,Pinus bungeana seeds with 3.21% moisture content had the highest ability for anti-aging.
